Gin Gin Quarries' is seeking an experienced and skilled Truck and Dog Operator to join our team on a casual or full-time basis. Based in Bundaberg, QLD, this role will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our truck and dog trailer to transport quarry materials across our sites.![]()

What you'll be doing:![]()
![]()
Safely operating a truck and dog trailer to transport quarry materials from our quarry to various construction sites![]()
![]()
Performing daily pre-start checks and minor maintenance on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition![]()
![]()
Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment![]()
![]()
Liaising with site supervisors to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely transportation of materials![]()
![]()
Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation related to deliveries![]()
![]()
Providing excellent customer service to our clients![]()
![]()
What we're looking for:![]()

A valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence with a proven track record of operating large trucks and trailers![]()
![]()
Experience in the construction or quarry industry, particularly in the transportation of bulk materials![]()
![]()
Strong knowledge of traffic management, load restraint, and heavy vehicle safety practices![]()
![]()
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and supervisors![]()

A commitment to workplace safety and a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team![]()
